Background

In 2009 the interuniversity Higher Education Policy Network (HepNet) was established within the context of the promotion of the creation of interdisciplinary networks within the University of Patras. In the original protocol for the creation of the Network there was already provision for the creation of a postgraduate study programme on higher education policy.
